The team is composed of two other C&amp;B officers, a mobile implementation officer and a Compensation &amp; Benefits referent. The C&amp;B officer also interacts closely with Compensation &amp; Benefits teams in the other Operational Centres and sections. The purpose of this role is to provide expert guidance to Cell HR officers and other operational stakeholders, contribute to the development of MSF\u2019s global Compensation &amp; Benefits policies, and translate them into OCB-specific policies and reward systems.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"215\" data-end=\"332\">\n<p data-start=\"217\" data-end=\"332\">Design and oversee OCB remuneration and benefits system aligned with global policies and local operational needs.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"333\" data-end=\"404\">\n<p data-start=\"335\" data-end=\"404\">Ensure coherence with other MSF Operational Centres\u2019 HR frameworks.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"405\" data-end=\"488\">\n<p data-start=\"407\" data-end=\"488\">Monitor policy implementation and propose data-driven changes for improvements.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"489\" data-end=\"558\">\n<p data-start=\"491\" data-end=\"558\">Collect feedback to enhance policies and develop new initiatives.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"559\" data-end=\"631\">\n<p data-start=\"561\" data-end=\"631\">Provide targeted support and guidance to Cell HR Officers and HRCOs.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"632\" data-end=\"704\">\n<p data-start=\"634\" data-end=\"704\">Deliver proactive training and information to internal stakeholders.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"705\" data-end=\"785\">\n<p data-start=\"707\" data-end=\"785\">Score country program positions using Hay Methodology and MSF mapping tools.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"786\" data-end=\"853\">\n<p data-start=\"788\" data-end=\"853\">Represent OCB in international HR platforms and working groups.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"854\" data-end=\"920\">\n<p data-start=\"856\" data-end=\"920\">Maintain and advance MSF Rewards Frameworks across operations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"921\" data-end=\"989\">\n<p data-start=\"923\" data-end=\"989\">Advocate for OCB\u2019s specific HR needs in intersectional meetings.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"990\" data-end=\"1065\">\n<p data-start=\"992\" data-end=\"1065\">Participate in working groups on intersectional HR policies and topics.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1066\" data-end=\"1140\">\n<p data-start=\"1068\" data-end=\"1140\">Leverage data to create tools and policies aligned with IDRH mandates.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1141\" data-end=\"1206\">\n<p data-start=\"1143\" data-end=\"1206\">Identify risks and opportunities in HR change implementation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1207\" data-end=\"1280\">\n<p data-start=\"1209\" data-end=\"1280\">Assess social, legal, and financial implications for recommendations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1281\" data-end=\"1345\">\n<p data-start=\"1283\" data-end=\"1345\">Communicate HR changes clearly and coherently to stakeholders.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Your Profile<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"196\" data-end=\"276\">\n<p data-start=\"198\" data-end=\"276\">Bachelor\u2019s degree in HR, business administration, finance, or related field.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"277\" data-end=\"358\">\n<p data-start=\"279\" data-end=\"358\">Minimum 3 years\u2019 experience in Compensation &amp;
