When the Underwriting department finalizes an international program deal, you’re the one to handle the administrative processing. This involves issuing insurance policies not only in BeLux but also in other countries. You coordinate and send instructions to relevant countries, ensuring correct local policies are issued. This means that you’ll get to liaise with international stakeholders, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and tackle multiplex administrative processes.
Ensure timely, accurate end-to-end administration of international insurance policies issued globally.
Collect data and prepare insurance policy documents for new business and renewals.
Compile insurance data and reports for internal teams and external clients.
Contribute to IT and digital insurance projects based on business needs.
Coordinate international insurance programs with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Instruct global network to issue local policies within agreed quality and timeframe.
Review, process, and update insurance policy changes and administrative records.
Support colleagues in handling domestic insurance policies when required.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background is required for this international insurance administrator role.
Experience in insurance administration is a strong asset, but not a requirement.
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new IT systems; proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
Excellent communication skills; fluent/native in English and Dutch or French.
Service-oriented, proactive, and professional mindset with a collaborative attitude.
