About the Job

Our Commercial, Litigation & Arbitration team is looking for an Experienced Management Assistant, to ensure the smooth operation of the team by providing essential administrative support to our lawyers.

  • Prepare and follow up on client invoicing with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Open and manage new legal matters in our ERP system.

  • Support 3 Partners and 2 Counsel with daily case management.

  • Draft court documents, finalise submissions, and track deadlines.

  • Organise, prepare, and monitor internal and external hearings.

  • Maintain and update our CRM database with client information.

  • Ensure compliance with lawyers’ legal and bar association obligations.

  • Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings.

  • Book travel and manage logistics for lawyers.

  • Format documents to ensure professional, client-ready presentation.

  • Create purchase requests and process expense reports for the team.

Your Profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Management Assistant.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; legal sector experience is a strong plus.

  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

  • Good working knowledge of Dutch is a strong asset.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Highly detail-oriented and accurate.

  • Service-minded, discreet, and diplomatic.

  • Able to handle stress and tight deadlines.

  • Organised, proactive, and professionally driven.
