As Office Manager at DAZN, you will be the driving force behind the smooth operation of our Brussels office. You’ll ensure that our physical spaces are welcoming, functional, and well-maintained, while creating an environment that supports employee wellbeing and productivity. This role is central to our workplace experience, combining operational oversight with a people-first approach.
Oversee daily office operations and facility management for DAZN’s Brussels headquarters.
Build strong relationships with landlords and manage all property and lease-related matters.
Manage vendor contracts for cleaning, security, maintenance, and other essential office services.
Monitor office budgets, contracts, and purchase orders to ensure cost efficiency and compliance.
Maintain adequate office supplies, kitchen items, and consumables for a well-equipped workspace.
Collaborate with IT and departments to ensure a fully functional and efficient office environment.
Organize employee events, wellbeing programs, and communications to strengthen team culture.
Implement and monitor workplace health and safety regulations with external consultants.
Ensure the Brussels office remains clean, safe, and compliant with facility standards.
Support People and Facilities teams with administrative and operational coordination.
Manage invoicing processes accurately and ensure compliance with DAZN’s financial procedures.
Proven experience in office management or workplace operations within fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations and compliance standards.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong communication and customer service skills across all organizational levels.
Fluent in English with clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Energetic, adaptable, and eager to learn in a changing environment.
Experienced in managing vendor relationships, service providers, and office budgets efficiently.
