As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our sales activities and managing customers and partners. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and partners, working closely with the sales team to identify and realize growth opportunities.
Proactively manage and follow up on partner accounts and existing customers.
Identify and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities within current accounts.
Prepare, review, and process accurate quotes and contracts.
Maintain annual customer contact to reduce churn and improve satisfaction.
Manage the full sales process from first contact to after-sales support.
Serve as primary partner contact, providing support and onboarding assistance.
Assist with data-driven up- and cross-sell campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
Commercially driven with a strong focus on achieving targets and results.
Experience in sales or (telephone-based) customer contact is a plus.
Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
Strong attention to detail and solid administrative skills.
Ambitious and eager to grow within the sales field.
Proactive, customer-focused, and solution-oriented mindset.
