We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator, based in either Belgium or Germany. You will support the recruitment team in all matters concerning the daily administrative tasks as well as working together with the Recruitment Business Partners and Management on projects and process improvement.
Acts as the central interface and coordinator within the recruitment team, ensuring smooth processes and compliance.
Maintains accurate recruitment documentation and information, supporting efficient hiring operations.
Posts job openings online and manages the career pages for both Nexova and Starion websites.
Collaborates with the Marketing Department to align career page content, visuals, and layout.
Serves as the first point of contact for interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
Coordinates interview timeslots and assists with virtual or in-person interview setups.
Welcomes and supports candidates visiting the office, ensuring a positive experience.
Oversees SharePoint documentation, keeping all recruitment files updated and accessible.
Prepares and distributes a weekly careers newsletter to internal stakeholders.
Manages the careers inbox, responding promptly and following up on candidate inquiries.
Supports the team with candidate paperwork, including CV formatting and offer letter preparation.
Ensures timely communication between hiring managers, candidates, and HR team members.
Contributes to process improvement and consistency across all recruitment activities.
Helps enhance Starion’s employer brand through organized and professional candidate interactions.
Highly process-oriented and well-organized, ensuring efficient task management and workflow consistency.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver accurate and precise work.
Maintain a positive attitude and remain solution-oriented when facing challenges.
Possesse solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Word and Excel for daily recruitment tasks.
Fluent in English, capable of speaking and writing confidently at a professional business level.
Shows a collaborative spirit and communicate effectively within multi-cultural and diverse teams.
Work seamlessly with team members, adhering to organizational policies, procedures, and shared goals.
Consistently support team success through proactive communication and a cooperative work style.
