About the Job

We are seeking a dynamic and transformative Head of Human Resources to lead our HR team at our plant in Lessines, Belgium. With a focus on creating a positive and inclusive work culture, the HR Associate Director will be responsible for driving HR strategies, policies, and programs that support our 1000 blue and white collars.

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals and business objectives.

• Foster a positive, inclusive culture promoting employee engagement and professional growth.

• Collaborate with teams to design and execute talent acquisition, performance, and development programs.

• Oversee HR operations ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

• Partner with leaders for workforce planning, succession, and talent management.

• Lead HR team to deliver excellent employee service and resolve concerns effectively.

• Evaluate HR programs regularly and recommend improvements based on data.

• Stay updated on HR trends and technologies to enhance HR functions continuously.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related; master’s or HR certification preferred.

• At least 7 years of progressive HR experience in large manufacturing organizations.

• Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate diverse teams effectively.

• Extensive experience managing union relations in a manufacturing environment.

• Excellent communication skills for building strong employee relationships at all levels.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to support data-driven decisions.

• Proven success in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals.

• Deep knowledge of local and international labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
