About the Job

Are you a finance professional with a passion for optimizing resources and influencing commercial strategy? We’re looking for a Financial Controller to join our Western Europe team and play a key role in leading the financial cycle for our Marketing & Zone Commercial functions across multiple markets.

• Lead budgeting, closing, and forecasting for Marketing and Commercial teams in Western Europe.

• Support yearly resource planning across countries and brands to match the commercial strategy.

• Improve forecast accuracy and spot ways to cut non-working spend.

• Monitor monthly marketing results and explain key performance changes.

• Deliver accurate, on-time financial reports to stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with accounting rules, internal guidelines, and company policies.

• Identify and apply process improvements to boost efficiency.

• Work closely with Marketing, Finance, Control, and Planning teams.

• Handle closings, journals, forecasts in Anaplan, and system reconciliations.

• Provide ad hoc analysis on actuals, forecasts, and performance trends.

Your Profile

• 2+ years’ experience in Finance, Performance Planning, or Audit.

• Fluent in English with strong written and spoken communication skills.

• Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint for clear, impactful reporting.

• Strong leadership skills and a team-first mindset.

• Excellent financial knowledge and analytical thinking.

• Experience with Anaplan, Cognos, or similar tools is a bonus.
