About the Job

As a Senior  Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll join a supportive and dynamic recruitment team, where your main focus will be identifying and hiring candidates for consultancy positions within Sopra Steria, deployed at leading organizations in Belgium. You’ll work across the full recruitment cycle and closely collaborate with the Business, HR business partner, capacity manager, people managers and technical interviewers.

  • Own the full recruitment cycle, hiring IT & Tech talent (Data, AI, SAP, etc.)

  • Proactively source top candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, job fairs, and professional networks

  • Deliver clear, detailed, and insightful candidate reports for hiring managers

  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top IT and tech professionals

  • Drive recruitment process improvements for faster, more effective hiring

  • Act as expert on IT talent markets, sharing insights, trends, and data with the business

  • Represent Sopra Steria at job fairs and recruitment events with HR colleagues

Your Profile

  • Minimum 5 years recruitment experience, ideally in IT recruitment (in-house or agency)

  • Strong organizational skills, curious mindset, and passion for deep CV and interview analysis

  • Confident communicator with diverse profiles, including highly technical IT and tech candidates

  • Fluent in Dutch and English; French proficiency is a strong advantage

  • Flexible to work from our Diegem office when required

  • Genuine interest in IT, technology, and digital innovation trends

  • Hands-on experience with ATS systems (SmartRecruiters, SuccessFactors, etc.), LinkedIn Recruiter, and Excel
