About the Job

You’ll manage the whole recruitment process, ensuring that both candidates and hiring managers have a smooth and positive experience. Your job is all about making sure we hire people who fit our culture and help us reach our goals.

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, ensuring smooth workflows and approvals.

  • Track candidates and provide clear, timely updates to clients.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.

  • Communicate with candidates in Dutch, French, or English.

  • Assess candidates’ cultural fit and growth potential.

  • Keep hiring managers, candidates, and partners aligned through constant communication.

  • Monitor recruitment partners to maintain high service quality.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job needs and write clear descriptions.

  • Support workforce planning to maintain a strong talent pipeline.

  • Challenge hiring managers to identify the ideal cultural fit.

  • Create job ads that highlight Dstny’s culture and values.

  • Use job boards and social media to attract top talent.

  • Actively search for candidates through internal and external networks.

  • Reach out to passive candidates who fit our team profile.

  • Review resumes and applications to shortlist top candidates.

  • Use various assessment methods to verify skills and fit.

  • Manage salary negotiations ensuring legal compliance.

  • Perform background checks to uphold hiring standards.

  • Coordinate onboarding for a smooth new hire experience.

  • Support new employees with training and introductions.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience managing full recruitment processes in fast-paced settings.

  • Strong communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.

  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects efficiently.

  • Familiar with ATS and recruitment software tools.

  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

  • Passionate about delivering exceptional service to candidates and hiring managers.
