As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our sales activities and managing customers and partners. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and partners, working closely with the sales team to identify and realize growth opportunities.
Proactively manage and follow up with existing partner accounts and customers.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within current customer accounts.
Create, process, and follow up on quotes and contracts efficiently.
Maintain yearly contact with customers to reduce churn and boost satisfaction.
Oversee the full sales cycle from first contact to after-sales support.
Act as the main point of contact for partner support and commercial assistance.
Support partners with onboarding, questions, and ongoing communication.
Contribute to data-driven campaigns that drive upsell, cross-sell, and lead generation.
Commercially driven with a clear focus on targets and results.
Previous experience in sales or customer contact is a strong plus.
Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
Familiar with CRM systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.
Strong eye for detail and solid administrative capabilities.
Ambitious and eager to grow within a sales career.
