About the Job

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist role to be the front of house for the Brussels facility, meeting and greeting all staff and visitors to site and providing administrative support for the Facilities Management team.

• Welcome all visitors warmly and professionally as the Receptionist at Eurofins Brussels.

• Deliver clear, efficient site inductions to ensure a smooth visitor experience.

• Handle all incoming calls and enquiries promptly with excellent customer service.

• Coordinate meeting room bookings efficiently, both in advance and on the day.

• Provide dependable administrative support to the Facilities Management team at Eurofins.

• Review and verify bills, Purchase Orders, and documents with strong attention to detail.

• Manage lunch tickets and staff bookings to keep daily operations running smoothly.

• Order and maintain office supplies, stationery, and business cards for the Brussels office.

Your Profile

• Previous reception or front desk experience in a professional environment is highly desirable.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with staff, clients, and stakeholders.

• Excellent administration, planning, and organizational abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proven IT literacy, confident using MS Office and other administrative tools.

• Able to manage workload under changing priorities while meeting deadlines and maintaining professionalism.

• Demonstrates integrity, reliability, and a proactive attitude in every task.

• Skilled in problem solving, innovation, and independent work, with a collaborative mindset.

• Flexible, adaptable, and eager to learn and undertake new training opportunities.
