Coach and advise leaders on the full employee life cycle: design, planning, performance, and talent development.

Lead HR initiatives with recruiters, HR specialists, and business partners to ensure consistent, high-quality people practices.

Be the bridge between people and purpose by providing tools, insights, and support for high-performing teams.
Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Education, Business Economics, or equivalent experience – ideal for an HR Business Partner.
5+ years HR experience in a broad role, preferably in an international, innovative setting like VITO in Mol, Belgium.
Excellent communication skills to influence, advise, and challenge constructively as a trusted HR Business Partner.
Proactive, solution-focused mindset with ability to work independently and collaborate across VITO teams in Mol.
Strong stakeholder management with discretion, flexibility, and a customer-first approach to support business success.
Fluent in Dutch and English, spoken and written – essential for this HR Business Partner role in Belgium.
