Supports manager with daily tasks and assists wherever needed.
Helps managers by preparing presentations, letters, reports, and data following guidelines.
Provides administrative support to coworkers, clients, and visitors.
Handles follow-up tables, invoices, orders, and third-party processes efficiently.
Translates documents accurately for internal and external use.
Writes and distributes clear meeting reports.
Copies, organizes, and classifies documents promptly and accurately.
Monitors and manages Takeda mailboxes efficiently.
Tracks and follows up on budgets.
Plans and organizes schedules and daily activities.
Organizes meetings, events, and business gatherings according to set procedures.
Books lunches and other appointments following company guidelines.
Participates actively in meetings and internal discussions.
Handles internal and external communication professionally.
Welcomes visitors and answers phone calls politely and efficiently.
Responds to inquiries or redirects calls to appropriate contacts.
Receives, distributes, and classifies correspondence, including confidential documents.
Schedules and manages appointments effectively.
Ensures smooth reception operations and facility support.
Serves as a contact point for admin, procurement, legal, and finance processes.
Supports project management and change initiatives for administrative processes.
Represents management assistants in internal meetings and collaborations.
Results-driven professional focused on key priorities and delivering high-quality outcomes.
Develops organizational capabilities to address current and future needs.
Embraces a growth mindset and actively seeks skill-building opportunities.
Collaborates effectively across cross-functional and virtual teams.
Proactive, can-do attitude, anticipating stakeholder needs and creating value.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Possesses technical expertise with a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Previous experience as a management assistant in the pharmaceutical industry is an asset.
Fluent in Dutch, French, and English, both written and spoken.
