About the Job

As Office Manager, you will play a key role in creating a smooth, safe and welcoming office environment. You’ll be the go-to person for all workplace-related matters and ensure daily operations run efficiently. From vendor coordination to team support and office events, your work will help keep everything and everyone connected, comfortable and productive. Here’s what your role will include:

• Be the main contact for vendors, landlords, and maintenance providers.

• Manage the service desk and respond to workplace-related requests and tickets.

• Monitor and follow up on building maintenance issues and projects.

• Keep the office clean, organized, and professional at all times.

• Organize and support office events that boost team culture and engagement.

• Research and manage office purchases and maintenance agreements.

• Continue ongoing projects and suggest new ways to improve the office.

• Assist with company vehicle (fleet) management.

• Support HR, IT, and Finance with basic office-related tasks.

• Ensure health, safety, and security measures are in place for all.

Your Profile

• At least 2 years of experience in workplace, building maintenance, or contract management.

• Flexible mindset with fixed hours and occasional on-call duties.

• Confident using MS Office, Outlook, and modern communication tools.

• Positive, can-do attitude with a focus on great customer service.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Able to multitask and manage time effectively.

• Works well independently and in a team.

• Excellent follow-up and follow-through on all tasks.

• Strong communication skills in both English and Dutch.

• Brings energy, fun, and the TomTom spirit to the workplace.
