About the Job

You will provide administrative support across various lines of business. This role is an excellent opportunity to be part of a cohesive underwriting team, delivering professional service and contributing to the growth of our portfolio.

  • Coordinate the administrative and technical processing of international insurance contracts across multiple lines of business, including Property Insurance, Engineering Insurance, and Liability Insurance.

  • Work in close partnership with underwriters to ensure full compliance with internal guidelines and contribute to Allianz’s sustainable business growth.

  • Act as a key point of contact for insurance brokers, building and maintaining strong professional relationships to ensure smooth communication and efficient exchange of information.

  • Provide underwriting support by handling delegated tasks within your area of expertise, contributing to a streamlined and effective insurance underwriting process.

Your Profile

  • Degree in Insurance, Economics, or a related administrative field.

  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French.

  • Relevant experience in insurance, policy management, or underwriting.

  • Autonomous and proactive in your work style.

  • Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and administratively precise.

  • Skilled with MS Office tools like Excel, Outlook, and Word.

  • Strong team player who values collaboration.
