About the Job

We’re looking for an Office & Culture Manager to become the beating heart of our day-to-day operations. If you’re passionate about creating a workplace that feels both efficient & energizing and if you thrive on being the go-to person who keeps things running smoothly, we’d love to meet you!

  • Keep the office running smoothly as the first point of contact for all stakeholders.

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, vendor relationships and coordinate maintenance or repairs.

  • Lead office renovations or redesigns to improve comfort and efficiency.

  • Plan and organize engaging team events, celebrations and company-wide activities.

  • Strengthen company culture through fun and meaningful team-building initiatives.

  • Act as internal prevention advisor, proactively managing health and safety concerns.

  • Monitor workplace trends and suggest improvements to enhance the employee experience.

  • Continuously improve office operations to make Azumuta a great place to work.

  • Prepare and send customer invoices, follow up on payments and assist sales with client quotes.

  • Process purchase invoices, manage payments and keep supplier accounts current.

  • Suggest and implement improvements to financial tools and processes.

  • Support leadership with calendar scheduling, travel planning, and meeting coordination.

  • Organize logistics for onboarding, off-sites, internal meetings and events.

  • Take initiative to ensure daily operations are smooth, efficient, and proactive.

Your Profile

  • Passionate about helping others thrive and building a positive, people-first workplace.

  • Known for strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities smoothly.

  • Proactive and dependable, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.

  • Comfortable communicating with team members, leadership, and external partners.

  • Brings 1–5 years of experience in office management, people operations, or a similar support role.

  • Experience in a fast-paced or startup environment is a strong asset.

  • Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a welcome plus.

  • Handles confidential matters with discretion and a high level of professionalism.
