Are you a Payroll Specialist with 2–3 years of experience looking to take the next step in your HR career? Join a dynamic and supportive team where your expertise in payroll processing, accuracy, and compliance will make a real impact.

• Process salaries and premiums accurately in collaboration with our external payroll provider.

• Manage and verify payroll master data with the support of a dedicated team.

• Proactively detect and resolve system or process gaps before they become issues.

• Drive continuous improvements to boost payroll speed, accuracy, and compliance.

• Communicate clearly with time administrators, managers, and external partners.

Your Profile

• 2–3 years of experience in payroll or a similar administrative role.

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy in payroll data.

• Skilled in Excel or other spreadsheet tools for payroll reporting and analysis.

• Excellent communication skills in Dutch or French, with a good level of English.

• Basic knowledge of Belgian social legislation is a plus.
