Coreso, a Regional Coordination Center  (RCC) based in Brussels, plays a key role in ensuring the stability and security of Europe’s electricity system. Every day, our international team collaborates with Transmission System Operators (TSOs) across Europe to manage cross-border power flows and support the energy transition.

About the Internship

As an intern in our People & Culture department, you’ll join an 8-person team working on talent acquisition and employer branding. You’ll be encouraged to share your ideas, take ownership of your projects, and explore the areas that spark your interest.

• Strengthen campus recruitment and establish partnerships with top universities across Europe to attract diverse talent.

• Co-develop Coreso’s international internship program, creating processes, events, and engaging content.

• Enhance employer branding using storytelling, visuals, and targeted social media marketing campaigns.

• Investigate AI applications in talent attraction and suggest improvements for sourcing strategies.

• Support key strategic projects like diversity initiatives, onboarding enhancements, and process redesign.

Your Profile

• Currently studying Human Resources, Communications, Business, Digital, European Studies, or related fields.

• Strong communicator passionate about people, innovation, and storytelling.

• Curious about how international organizations operate within the EU context.

• Proficient in English; knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus.

• Motivated to make an impact and eager to learn through hands-on experience.

• Available for a 3 to 6-month internship with a flexible start date.
