About the Job

As a Sales Admin & Delivery Employee, you will play a key role in the vehicle delivery process, ensuring smooth administration and efficient coordination. You will help provide customers with a seamless and exceptional experience.

• Register new cars, issue invoices on delivery day, and process customer payment proofs

• Manage financing contracts, maintenance agreements, prepare delivery documents, and create customer welcome packages

• Keep administration accurate and maintain well-organized filing of all vehicle delivery records

• Coordinate vehicle transport, logistics, and ensure smooth and timely car deliveries

• Schedule vehicle handover appointments and follow up on files for new and used cars

Your Profile

• Experience in administration with direct customer contact and support

• Strong knowledge of Office tools like Excel and Word; Incadea dealer system knowledge is a plus

• Fluent communication in Dutch, French, and English, both spoken and written

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with customers and colleagues

• Team player who collaborates easily and supports others effectively

• Organized and precise while staying flexible in changing situations

• Dynamic, solution-focused, and proactive with strong initiative
