About the Job

As Organization Development (OD) & Change Manager, you’ll be part of the HR Transformation & Organisation Development team. You will contribute to the realization of our company strategy and goals by playing a key role as HR’s change architect, designing and implementing a structured approach to change, and guiding people and organizational transformations.

• Define strategic HR priorities to support internal clients and align with the overall Brussels Airport Company (BAC) strategy.

• Develop change management approaches tailored to project lifecycles, with clear toolkits for project teams and stakeholders.

• Lead enterprise-wide transformation projects that align with BAC’s corporate strategy, values, and long-term goals.

• Facilitate workshops and sessions, adapting your style to different audiences and complex challenges.

• Use storytelling to connect people to change and inspire action across all levels of the organization.

• Make transformation tangible. Support teams in turning change plans into real, on-the-ground impact.

• Equip leaders with tools and skills to lead change effectively and gain team buy-in.

• Coach individuals and teams to grow professionally and navigate change with confidence.

• Build strong partnerships across HR, business units, and communications to ensure smooth, supported transformation delivery.

Your Profile

• Master’s degree with 8–10 years of experience in HR, consulting, or organizational development.

• Proven expertise in Change Management and coaching for both individuals and teams.

• Strong interest in emerging trends and facilitation techniques, with the ability to apply them in a business context.

• Hands-on, business-minded, and focused on delivering concrete results.

• Comfortable switching between strategic thinking and practical, day-to-day problem-solving.

• Excellent communicator and listener, with a proactive approach to identifying business needs.

• Skilled in challenging and advising senior stakeholders with empathy, assertiveness, and tact.

• Fluent in English, with solid knowledge of Dutch and French.
