About the Internship

We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team across various functions, including office management, onboarding, administrative work and even recruitment.

• Support onboarding and offboarding processes with the HR team for smooth employee transitions

• Organize teambuildings, after-work events, and office activities to boost engagement and company culture

• Promote employee well-being and contribute to a positive workplace at LIZY

• Assist in preparing HR presentations, reports, and internal documentation

• Welcome visitors, manage meeting room bookings, and guide office tours for a great first impression

• Keep the office clean, organized, and running efficiently

• Collaborate on HR projects and initiatives based on team priorities

Your Profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field

• Motivated to build a successful career in Human Resources and talent management

• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail for HR processes

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams

• Eager to learn, proactive, and collaborative with a positive team spirit

• Able to handle sensitive and confidential HR information with professionalism

• Fluent in English, with French and/or Dutch as a strong advantage
