We are looking for a driven and Experienced Management Assistant for the Head of Financial Crime Prevention. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, discretion and the ability to anticipate needs and proactively manage priorities.
Support the Department Lead with calendar management, meeting planning, and daily administrative tasks.
Handle onboarding, staff transfers, departures, and expense reports with accuracy and care.
Draft professional emails and create clear communication for internal and external stakeholders.
Plan and manage corporate events, including logistics and coordination with internal and external contacts.
Maintain confidential files, records, and databases with high attention to detail and security.
Coordinate office services such as IT support, helpdesk, and personnel-related tasks.
Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and key stakeholders.
Resolve issues promptly using sound judgement, professionalism, and discretion.
Support ad hoc tasks and assist with special projects from planning to successful execution.
Proven experience as a Management Assistant or in a similar executive support role.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; French or Dutch is a plus.
Able to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Skilled in managing calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and high-trust environment.
Tech-savvy and confident using MS Office, Outlook, and internal tools.
Team player who builds strong relationships across departments and levels.
Flexible, adaptable, and ready to take initiative where needed.
