We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a solution-oriented mindset to every challenge. The Office Manager organizes and coordinates all the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of an office.
Oversee day-to-day office operations and administration for a smooth-running workplace.
Manage office supplies, beverages, and coordinate third-party facility service providers and cleaning company.
Maintain Lenovo’s complete digital and physical filing systems in compliance with GDPR requirements.
Administer compulsory statistical reporting to local authorities accurately and on time.
Manage incoming and outgoing office mail, registered mail, and courier services.
Oversee GAMS asset management, parking arrangements, and company car fleet administration.
Act as focal point for environmental affairs, utility services, and office real estate matters.
Ensure smooth employee onboarding and offboarding processes in collaboration with HR and hiring managers.
Organize team meetings, office events, Christmas gifts, and team lunches.
Provide backup for Accounts Payable during absences, manage purchase orders, invoicing, and pension administration.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in office administration or related field.
Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, for daily office communication.
Previous experience as an Office Manager or in financial administration, preferably in an international environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy in data entry and reporting.
Customer-focused, proactive, and able to work independently in an office setting.
Proficient in basic calculations and financial documentation for office administration tasks.
Solid knowledge of office administration processes and best practices.
Experienced in using data information systems and managing office records efficiently.
Expert in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
